DWebPro is available as stand alone web server (deploy\dwebpro.exe) and as Windows service (service\dwebpro_svc.exe).

With a DWebPro CoBrand License you can distribute your web application with DWebPro and install it as a Windows service (like IIS and Apache).

To install your DWebPro as service, run the dwebpro_scv.exe binary using the /INSTALL option. The application installs the service and exits, giving a confirmation message if the service is successfully installed. You can suppress the confirmation message by running the service application using the /SILENT option.

The service version of DWebPro doesn't include the following feature that are intrinsically useless:

• the ability to lock, unlock and eject the CD/DVD drive;

• the MDAC, Flash Player, Windows Installer, Adobe Acrobat Reader and .NET Framework install support;

• the startup and shutdown splash screens

• the font install support;

• the web browser functions.

You can personalize the values displayed in the Windows Service Control Manager editing the Service section of the http.ini file.

The dwebpro_scv.exe binary must be copied in the deploy folder to work correctly.
