Required Information
Every time you contact the DWebPro Support Team for a new support request, please include the following information:

The DWebPro version you are using. You can find this information opening the
ChangeLog.txtfile (Start -> Programs -> DWebPro -> ChangeLog.txt) and reading the first row or selecting thedwebpro.exefile, right click of the mouse, Properties tab, Version field. -
The operating system under which you are using DWebPro, including the service pack number (i.e. Windows XP Service Pack 2).

If you are starting DWebPro from CD/DVD, state it.

For any server side language or database include the following information:

Are you using one of our preconfigured package?

If yes, which one (including the version)?
-
If you are using PHP, have you installed it as ISAPI or CGI?

State any change you have made on to the
http.ini,php.inioraspisapi.inifiles. If you are contacting the DWebPro Support Team by email, attach those files. -
Try to describe the problem specifying as much details as you can
Every time you have to send us an attachment, compress it into a ZIP/TAR/RAR archive to aviod problems with antivirus and firewalls.

In some cases we will give you the access data for an FTP account and ask you to upload a ZIP archive with the whole deploy folder.
